Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and video conferencing. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support through live chat, email, and video conferencing

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet new client/student acquisition goals daily
  • Process payments, schedule students, and perform other administrative tasks as required
  • Communicate professionally and clearly in a friendly manner with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Possess a high degree of maturity to resolve difficult and emergency situations

Essential Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • No experience required; training provided
