The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll be working closely with our client, Samsung, to provide technical and non-technical assistance to their customers. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, and providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian

  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
  • Come up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in training and coaching programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Samsung or similar technology companies

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
