Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous supply of images
  • Identifying document types based on provided documentation
  • Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets quality requirements
  • Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards
  • Interacting professionally with other staff as needed
  • Recommending improvements or enhancements to job processes
  • Completing all tasks for the day before logging off
  • Performing other basic office duties as assigned

Work Schedule

* Hourly Pay: $12 per hour

  • Availability: Part-time and full-time openings available, with full-time preferred
  • Minimum Hours: At least 20 hours per week
  • Shifts: Various shifts available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday

Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail and quick learning skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English
  • 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy (Words Per Minute) and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy (Keystrokes Per Hour)
