Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous supply of images
- Identifying document types based on provided documentation
- Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets quality requirements
- Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards
- Interacting professionally with other staff as needed
- Recommending improvements or enhancements to job processes
- Completing all tasks for the day before logging off
- Performing other basic office duties as assigned
Work Schedule
* Hourly Pay: $12 per hour
- Availability: Part-time and full-time openings available, with full-time preferred
- Minimum Hours: At least 20 hours per week
- Shifts: Various shifts available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday
Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and quick learning skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
- 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy (Words Per Minute) and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy (Keystrokes Per Hour)
