What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues, responding to phone, email, and instant message inquiries with empathy and expertise.
  • Escalating complex issues: Identify and escalate more technical product-related issues to the appropriate product support department, ensuring seamless issue resolution.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Call center experience: At least one year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Customer service experience: A minimum of one year of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services: Familiarity with banking products, services, and business operations is crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for providing exceptional customer support.
