Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team as a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service to address their needs and resolve their inquiries. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing multiple arenaflex systems to research and address customer concerns.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Previous customer service experience (although not required, it's a plus!)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
  • A high level of empathy and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
  • Additional customer service training or certifications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
