Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon listings, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and performing various data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating product listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon's policies
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Conducting market research and keyword analysis to optimize product listings and improve sales performance
  • Generating and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Performing various data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless business operations
  • Assisting in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with team members to improve overall business operations and achieve company goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry and record-keeping
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with the ability to work remotely and maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing a plus
