Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time assistance to customers via arenaflex's online chat system, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to orders, products, account management, and technical support.
  • Addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information, troubleshooting guidance, and solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Logging and updating customer interactions and case notes in arenaflex's internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and providing timely resolutions, meeting or exceeding customer service performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Staying informed about arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or virtual assistant role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency with online chat systems and CRM tools (experience with arenaflex's systems is a plus).
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach, able to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment, with a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
