Job Description:

Our Customer Service Center plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and care. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with their orders, returns, and product inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Documenting and updating customer records accurately in the system
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technology
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Educational Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
