Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, managing the entire project lifecycle independently while remaining hands-on with campaign performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Lead the strategy, setup, and daily management of paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Independent Project Management: Act as the primary owner for marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables move from concept to completion on time without external oversight.
  • Holistic Digital Strategy: Design and implement data-driven growth strategies that optimize the entire user journey and maximize ROI across all digital touchpoints.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data to make real-time, proactive adjustments that ensure ongoing success.
  • Integrated Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling, brand-aligned ad copy and creative direction that fuels engagement and conversions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a multi-channel digital marketing role, specifically managing Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn in an agency or freelance capacity.
  • Proven Autonomy: Demonstrated experience managing entire marketing projects or client accounts from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Deep Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of ad platforms, audience segmentation, and pixel/tracking implementation.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to craft high-converting ad copy and communicate strategy effectively to both internal teams and clients.
