Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for handling telephone inquiries, processing account maintenance, and providing assistance with various customer requests. Key Responsibilities

* Process telephone inquiries, fax information/applications to customers as required

  • Perform account maintenance, including address changes, payments, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Research overcharges and submit for adjustment
  • Provide assistance with processing/expired credit cards, options changes, replenishment amounts, balance thresholds, address changes, and add tags, process applications, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, including daily Phone Call Log
  • File applications and other paperwork as necessary
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance process: Call Monitoring and auditing of Log Sheets and Correspondence on a monthly basis
  • Work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
  • Maintain a professional demeanor under every circumstance with patrons and staff members

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
