What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the vital link between a customer's at-home and in-store experience, providing a simple and seamless process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
• Using your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guiding customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
• Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentoring others as your skillset expands
• Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
• Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license)

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
• Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
• A willingness to work on-site one day per week
