Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain call experience working for a stable company in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service to policy holders, agents, and funeral homes
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

+ English and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual or multilingual a plus) + High School diploma or equivalent + Basic computer operation skills + Ability to type 35 wpm + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) + Ability to pay close attention to detail + Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures + Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST + Part-time schedule open to discussion

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working in the insurance industry

  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
