Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll provide exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites and providing prompt and friendly customer service. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions by providing product and service information.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new releases and updates.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Contract Length and Pay Rate

This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.

In addition to these requirements, we're looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through chat.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You should be able to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues.
