Tour Campaign: “Are the Side Chicks Winning?” Tour Position Overview We’re looking for high-energy, results-driven Sales Agents to help pack out theaters for one of the South’s most talked-about stage plays. This is not a passive sales role—this is about hustle, influence, and closing. If you know how to turn conversations into conversions and attention into ticket sales, this is for you.
Compensation
- $17.50/hour (base pay)
- $20/hour when weekly sales goals are met
- Performance-based growth opportunities for top closers
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell tickets through personal networks, social media, and community outreach
- Engage directly with potential customers (DMs, calls, in-person promotion)
- Use your unique sales code to track and earn commission-based performance boosts
- Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Hit and exceed weekly ticket sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling both online and in person
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Experience in sales, promotions, or events is a plus—but not required
- Someone who understands culture, conversation, and how to create buzz
