Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Deliver big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate results through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
