Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering concierge-style support to our customers through various channels, including email, chat, and external phone calls
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing feedback on recurring trends or questions customers may have, as well as suggestions for improving the overall customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience in a startup or technology environment (preferably with a SaaS company)
  • Experience working with digital platforms and SaaS products
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other similar customer service platforms
  • Adaptable and confident in picking up new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A bias to action and a clear understanding of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive when approaching problems and finding solutions

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • One (1) year's work experience
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales (preferably)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:

  • Experience working with arenaflex's digital SaaS product suite
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's customer service platforms and tools

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Annual salary range: $41,082 - $61,622
