Responsibilities
As an Online Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a timely and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information about arenaflex's hospice services and resources
- Addressing and resolving concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Collaborating with the hospice team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Documenting chats and following up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations
- Participating in training and development to enhance skillsets and knowledge
