Responsibilities

As an Online Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex's hospice services and resources
  • Addressing and resolving concerns with professionalism and compassion
  • Collaborating with the hospice team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Documenting chats and following up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations
  • Participating in training and development to enhance skillsets and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Provide accurate information about hospice services and resources

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting

  • Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:
