Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our accounting and sales departments by accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. You'll also be responsible for processing mail, handling deposits, and following up on leads. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter sales data and update accounting records in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain our CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process mail and handle deposits in a secure and organized manner
  • Follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
  • Provide administrative support to our accounting and sales departments as needed
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
