Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Real Estate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional service
  • Providing technical support and critical thinking to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
  • Learning and navigating new software quickly, and comfortably using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
  • Working a set schedule during our operating hours, which include:

+ 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Monday - Friday) + 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) + 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Saturday) + 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Saturday)

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on call center support and technical support
  • A positive, friendly, and approachable personality
  • The ability to handle obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to work independently
