Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the flexibility to participate in discussions online or in-person, depending on the study requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Key Topics and Focus Areas
We're seeking participants on the following topics:
- Child Related (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
- Cell Phones (Apple, Android, or Windows...Prepaid or Contract)
- Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
- Food (If you buy fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
- Sports (Casual viewers and die-hard fans)
- Electronics (Tell us which devices you prefer and why)
- Pets (Animal lovers needed! Dogs, cats, and other pets)
- Automobiles (Do you own, make payments, or lease your vehicle?)
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer Service Representative Agent experience is not necessary
