Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and informed responses.
