Key Responsibilities

As a Full Time Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering patient information into the electronic health records system, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Verifying and updating existing data to ensure completeness and accuracy, identifying and rectifying data discrepancies through regular quality checks.
  • Managing and prioritizing data entry tasks to meet established deadlines, collaborating with healthcare professionals to clarify or obtain missing information.
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining files and records for easy retrieval, providing general administrative support as needed, including filing and document management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
