Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer care, while navigating complex situations and empathizing with callers who may be experiencing emotional distress. Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians

  • Provide exceptional customer care, while navigating complex situations and empathizing with callers who may be experiencing emotional distress
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Utilize your strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, while adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our clinicians to provide comprehensive support and care to our patients and families

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (Holidays required, paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
  • Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or remote work environments
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and patient management software
