Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey
  • Conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights
  • Making welcome calls to assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
  • Utilizing your passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience
  • Working collaboratively with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and more to deliver seamless care

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Have strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Be able to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
