The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to handle phone and email inquiries, providing personalized support and guidance on our insurance products. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, explain the features and benefits of our insurance offerings, and resolve any questions or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a friendly, patient, and professional manner

  • Prepare well-written responses to customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Process insurance quotes, coordinate underwriting, and assemble insurance certificates digitally
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and documentation
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet seasonal work volume demands
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar industry (insurance or financial services)

  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to adjust work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume demands

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Insurance license or certification (e.g., Property and Casualty, Life and Health)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with digital insurance platforms and e-commerce solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
