Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our sales team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations. You will be responsible for co-traveling with our dealer representatives, attending dental tradeshows and educational events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Canada, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
  2. Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  3. Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
  4. Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  2. Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
  3. Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
  4. Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
  5. Proficiency in French and English is a plus.
  6. Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
