Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven customer service representative to join our remote call center team. As a full-time representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and working towards achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation
  • Multitasking and managing multiple windows while listening to callers and responding to their inquiries
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and follow scripts
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and industry
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

As a customer service representative, you'll be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Retention rates
  • Upsell and cross-sell rates
  • Average handling time (AHT)
  • First call resolution (FCR)
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Competitive and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Quiet distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with VICI and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM)
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or medical industry
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or sales

Hours of Operation:

Our call center operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
