Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and solutions

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritize tasks effectively
* A strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
* The ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Solid sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
* Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* A determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
* Personal accountability, with a focus on taking ownership of your work and delivering results
* A contact center background, with experience in customer service and support
* Bilingual (Spanish) skills, a plus in a diverse and growing market
