The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and providing personalized solutions to each caller. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with your supervisor and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive starting rate: Our starting rate is $15.00 per hour, providing you with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

  • Automatic pay increases: You will receive automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, ensuring that your salary keeps pace with your growing skills and experience.
  • Pay for Performance incentive: Our Pay for Performance incentive program rewards eligible team members with additional compensation for meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

System Requirements

To ensure that you can provide a great experience for our customers, you will need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you will begin your six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
