Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers via phone, email, and online chat platforms. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding flight information, reservations, and general inquiries.

  • Assist customers with booking, changes to reservations, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals for customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
