Join Our Team

We're seeking a few dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as full-time Live Chat Operators. As a Live Chat Operator, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. You'll be working remotely, which means you can enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner. You'll be assigned to a specific business and will receive comprehensive training on their products and services, as well as guidance on how to respond to commonly asked questions. You'll also have a chat supervisor available to support you with any queries or concerns you may have.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and electronic message boards

  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize comprehensive training and resources to respond to commonly asked questions
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to address complex issues and escalate concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively

  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
