The Role

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough research on the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Seller Enablement and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

### Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of success in enterprise sales, preferably in e-commerce, generation, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Achievement in Exceeding Sales Objectives: Demonstrated ability to exceed income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Purchaser Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in a sales or business development role.
