Work from Home Requirements

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, using your own device (desktop, laptop, or tablet). Your device must meet the following requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later operating system
  • Minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
