Your Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Obsession:

Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction, ensuring that each contact is a positive and memorable experience.

Needs Identification:

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Effective Communication:

Inform customers about procedures, answer questions, and provide information in a clear and concise manner.

Commitment Delivery:

Deliver on commitments, do what you say you will do, and resolve customer issues same day or within 24 hours.

Probing Questions:

Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and provide proper solutions.

Online Systems Navigation:

Utilize various online systems to satisfy customer concerns, including knowledge bases and customer relationship management tools.

High-Pressure Environment:

Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive interaction with customers despite pressure and deadlines.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Passion for Customer Experience:

Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Language Proficiency:

English and Spanish proficiency (C2 level) required.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Skills:

Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to ask probing questions, analyze issues, and provide effective solutions.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, and extra shifts to meet business needs.

Multitasking:

Ability to work in multiple online systems at once, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
