Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Professional – Data Entry, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats, while building strong relationships with clients and identifying their needs
  • Developing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and data entry

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
