Job Summary
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' website visitors through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll play a critical role in building trust, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications
To be successful as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
- An upbeat, positive, kind, empathetic personality
