Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Project Placement & Student Services department, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of basic personnel clerical duties, including data entry, calendar management, and communication with stakeholders. If you're a highly relational, proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain our team's calendars, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled and balanced effectively.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to our household, demonstrating your ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Expense Management: Process and pay expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Company Activities: Participate in company activities and events, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
