Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service on calls to consumer card members, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Resolve customer queries and follow established procedures to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Utilize superior service skills to ensure best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) for card members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to provide tailored benefits and products while maintaining compliance with guidelines.
  • Deliver metrics and insights to customers, employees, and shareholders, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, making quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a proven ability to resolve customer issues and address service situations effectively.
