Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing customer interactions

via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer

Advising customers

on the best approach based on their needs and requests

Providing exceptional customer experiences

through empathetic and patient communication

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish
