Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting local businesses in reducing their credit card processing fees through expert guidance and support
  • Generating leads through referrals and warm prospects, leveraging your exceptional networking and self-promotion skills
  • Attending marketing-scheduled appointments to present arenaflex's products and services effectively, showcasing your sales acumen and communication expertise
  • Utilizing proven sales strategies to negotiate and finalize new deals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with National Sales Managers for additional support, training, and guidance, ensuring your success and growth
  • Maintaining open communication with leads and guiding them through the sales funnel, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Engaging in continuous training to enhance your sales capabilities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Participating in morning conference calls for updates on bonuses, incentives, and company news, staying connected with the team and driving motivation

Compensation and Benefits

As a 1099 sales associate, you'll operate on a commission basis, with the potential for unlimited earnings. You'll enjoy:

  • Weekly draws and bonus incentives, with opportunities to earn residual income and recruiting bonuses

  • Top performers can expect to earn between $75k-$95k annually, with some exceeding $100k, reflecting your hard work and dedication
