Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting local businesses in reducing their credit card processing fees through expert guidance and support
- Generating leads through referrals and warm prospects, leveraging your exceptional networking and self-promotion skills
- Attending marketing-scheduled appointments to present arenaflex's products and services effectively, showcasing your sales acumen and communication expertise
- Utilizing proven sales strategies to negotiate and finalize new deals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with National Sales Managers for additional support, training, and guidance, ensuring your success and growth
- Maintaining open communication with leads and guiding them through the sales funnel, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Engaging in continuous training to enhance your sales capabilities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participating in morning conference calls for updates on bonuses, incentives, and company news, staying connected with the team and driving motivation
