Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you will provide analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics and Forecasting
+ Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions + Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish + Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate compelling stories with data + Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners + Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs + Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics
+ Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports + Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed + Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results + Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights + Stay up-to-date with current data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
- Experience with SQL and R or Python
Nice-to-Haves
* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members
- Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
