About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Recruitment division. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring and managing clients in the USA market, across both IT and non-IT sectors. This is a remote position based in India, offering the opportunity to work with a global recruitment team and drive growth in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the USA requiring staffing and recruitment services (IT and non-IT domains). Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, account management, and strategic planning. Understand client hiring needs, workforce structures, and business challenges to propose tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industries, and potential business opportunities in the USA. Negotiate terms of business, prepare proposals, and close client agreements. Maintain CRM records and track all business development activities, pipelines, and client interactions. Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Requirements

Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry, focusing on the USA market. Strong understanding of both IT and non-IT recruitment processes, including permanent, contract, and remote staffing models. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels. Experience working in a night shift or US time zone is essential. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with US staffing agencies, RPOs, or consulting firms. Familiarity with industry sectors such as technology, healthcare, finance, logistics, retail, and manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources (or equivalent experience). Apply To This Job
