The role is responsible for supporting the enrollment of all new customers into the Platform Data Ecosystem by building processes and logic to ensure that the Customer Relationships are captured for all Platform services the customer participates in. Then continues responsibility for the ongoing alignment of data across systems. Leads initiatives to analyse complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. This position is remotely based in the UK. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. Buyers Edge Platform is not just a provider – we are a strategic partner on the journey towards a more efficient, connected, and automated future for the foodservice industry Your impact: Evaluate short-term and long-term projects as it relates to bringing new customers into the data ecosystem in an efficient and timely manner. Ensuring that all Customer related data is aligned properly and accurately. Help the various teams define logic to prevent misaligned information. Analyze data to identify and understand challenges and opportunities. Present findings and explain complex ideas to the leadership team and individuals. Provide advice and recommendations for improvements that align with the Company objectives. Formulate plans for system and process improvement of recommendations and oversee the execution of these plans. Maintaining the Customer Data Alignment for International data to all integrated systems used by the Platform. Negotiate and overcome objections from stakeholders and various levels of management. Document and define all processes as it related to maintaining a clean and aligned Customer Relationship dataset. Ensure partnerships are maintained through constant communication, and making necessary updates to shared data. Updating dashboard(s) for employee readout, workload management, and upcoming tasks Creating reports as needed to assist various stakeholders throughout the organization. About you: Clear communication, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
