Join Our Team

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and excellence in our medical device sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing sales and clinical teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing sales performance in specified regions
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven success in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of clinical and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in significant revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and analytics, with the ability to track and analyze sales data
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical affairs
