Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to patient and healthcare professional inquiries

  • Enter data into our pharmacy systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient and medication information
  • Resolve issues and concerns related to patient care, medication orders, and other pharmacy-related matters
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide support
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive patient information
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting
  • Strong keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English languages
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications
