Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and proactively offering our products and services to meet monthly sales goals. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
  • Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers

What We're Looking For

* A true consultative salesperson with a passion for technology and a drive to provide exceptional customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to diffuse sensitive situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting sales goals
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions
  • Experience in customer service call centers, sales, or collections is a plus
  • Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate with detail and precision, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information to customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Customer Service call center experience
  • Previous collections experience
  • Experience with selling products and services
  • Customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision
