Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Success Assistant to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat, email, and social media. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and make a real impact on the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions and providing solutions to their queries
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
