Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from store partners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Document call interactions, including details of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct basic research to resolve customer issues, utilizing available resources and tools to find the most effective solutions.
