What You’ll Do

As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, email, and electronic message boards to provide assistance with product selections, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. You will be assigned to a specific business and will be required to log into their chat application daily to respond to customer inquiries. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to address common questions and concerns, and you will have access to a chat supervisor for guidance on more complex queries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, offering assistance in product selection, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
