Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for building trusting relationships with customers, recommending products and services that meet their needs, and creating "Wow" moments through outstanding service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with an amazing team in a fun environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs
  • Create "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction
  • Help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Follow all arenaflex safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills

  • The ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work, ensuring a high level of quality and service
  • High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude, with a willingness to support your colleagues
  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of car wash services and products, or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
